Penn Auto Glass provides windshield repair, windshield replacement, side and rear window replacement, and related auto glass services for passenger vehicles, trucks, and commercial fleets. Services may be performed at our shop location(s) or via mobile service at a location you provide.
We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe vehicle conditions, inaccessible service locations, or glass damage beyond the scope of standard repair or replacement.
All work is performed by trained technicians using industry-standard adhesives, materials, and installation procedures in compliance with applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS).
4. Quotes & Pricing
Online quotes and estimates provided through this website are based on the information you submit and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing may vary if actual damage, vehicle specifications, or required parts differ from what was originally described.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Penn Auto Glass is not responsible for pricing errors resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
5. Appointments & Cancellations
By scheduling an appointment through our website, you agree to have your vehicle available at the designated time and location. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Penn Auto Glass reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, technician availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes promptly.
For mobile service appointments, you are responsible for ensuring a safe, reasonably flat, and accessible location for our technicians to perform the work.
6. Insurance Claims
Penn Auto Glass works with most major auto insurance providers and can assist with the insurance claims process. By authorizing Penn Auto Glass to bill your insurance directly, you assign applicable insurance benefits to Penn Auto Glass for the services rendered.
You are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or amounts not covered by your insurance policy. Submission of a claim does not guarantee coverage; coverage is determined solely by your insurance provider. Penn Auto Glass is not responsible for denied, delayed, or partially paid insurance claims.
Any misrepresentation of vehicle damage or claim information is strictly prohibited and may constitute insurance fraud under applicable law.
7. Warranty
Penn Auto Glass provides a limited lifetime warranty on all workmanship for the original vehicle owner. This warranty covers defects in installation, including water leaks, wind noise, and defective adhesive, for as long as you own the vehicle. Glass and materials are warranted against defects as provided by the manufacturer.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, road debris, vandalism, or acts of nature
- Pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage unrelated to our work
- Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Penn Auto Glass and are subject to inspection before any remedy is provided.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By submitting information through quote request forms, appointment scheduling, or contact forms, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
